We want you to love every Strapless Dresse purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. All sale items and promotional merchandise are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return, please visit our Returns Portal. You will need your order number and email address. After receiving your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned package.
Gifts
Gifted items may be returned for store credit. The refund will be issued in the form of a digital gift card to the original purchaser.
Additional Policies
